Each trip is confirmed once at least 4 participants have registered, and the price is fixed. A single-room supplement is included in the package for those who wish to have a private room.

Step 1 — Non-binding pre-registration

Travelers reserve their spot on their desired departure using the form or by contacting the TERRA Dominicana team. 

Step 2 — Departure Confirmation & Reservation Validation

As soon as the minimum number of 4 participants is reached, TERRA Dominicana officially confirms the group’s departure. Our team will then assist you in finding international flights that fit your itinerary. Your registration becomes final upon payment of the 30% deposit.

• 45 days before your trip, we will ask you to pay 100% of the total amount. 
• 20 days before your arrival, we’ll send you all your travel documents (a detailed travel guide, a list of local contacts, and tips from our local team). 

Step 3 — First meeting of the small group & preparation for your arrival

Once the group is fully confirmed, we’ll connect you with the other participants. Our agency will be there to assist you if you have any questions. We’ll send you all the necessary information before you arrive at our beautiful destination. Once there, we’ll set up a WhatsApp group where we can all communicate together. 

Our small groups are designedfor solo travelers, couples,and friends alikewho want to share a friendly and immersive experience in the Dominican Republic. These tours are tailored for curious travelers seeking authenticity, meaningful connections, and a more personal way to discover the destination.

We also offer a special all-women’s trip in March, designed for female travelers who want to explore the Dominican Republic in a friendly, supportive, and reassuring atmosphere, accompanied by our English-speaking team based on-site.

No “extreme adventurer” profile is required: our trips are accessible to anyone in good overall physical condition, with a balanced mix of exploration, activities, and relaxation.

Can I travel alone?

Yes, of course. Many travelers join our groups on their own.

A single room may be available for an additional fee.

Is there free time during the trip?

Yes. We make a point of maintaining a balance between guided activities and free time.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. Our team can arrange extensions before or after the tour according to your preferences.

Are departures guaranteed?

Yes, as long as there are at least 4 registered participants.

No. You are responsible for your own international flights, but we’re happy to help you find them.
